3rd Grade Clay Flowers

 Spring is surely in FULL bloom in the Art Room!    

After being inspired by the beautiful flower painting of Georgia O'Keeffe, our 3rd graders studied silk flower and drew up plans for their clay creations.  

All loaded up in the kiln and ready to fire!

While we did model the structure of our clay flower to resemble real flowers, we did cut loose and get creative with the colors!
